After analyzing G3ECA’s digital ecosystem, I identified an opportunity to expand the organization’s reach and create more direct connections between researchers, professionals, and citizens. The challenge was to create new ways for people to participate and foster a community committed to the conservation of blue carbon ecosystems.

Based on these findings, I defined a value proposition centered around the development of a mobile app to complement the existing website. The app would provide a more dynamic space for people to connect, participate, and follow G3ECA’s projects, bringing the conservation of blue carbon ecosystems closer to the community.
